“Crustum” is for us a path of friendship and knowledge like the one established with the family which in Pordenone in the north east decided to dedicate their expertise and passion to our project.
The choice: to employ artisanal methods and the use of hands to shape the tarts.
Thanks to these small details the result is to keep the organoleptic characteristics of the ingredients unaltered, enhancing their taste and craftsmanship for a refined, demanding palate and attentive to the balance of the senses.

Ingredients – Example Tarocco Orange Tart
Sicilian Tarocco orange marmalade filling with rinds (Cane sugar (Extra UE), “Tarocco” oranges with rind (ITA). Gelling agent: fruit pectin. Acidifier: citric acid) (39.5%), Wheat flour soft type “0”, Premium Multipurpose Butter (Milk), Sugar, Eggs from Italian free-range hens, Vanilla flavor powder, Salt.
Nutritional declaration (average values per 100g): Energy (kJ / Kcal) 1718/410; Fat 18 g of which saturated fatty acids 11 g; Carbohydrates 58 g of which sugars 33 g; Fiber 0,8g; Protein 3.5 g.

Storage: once opened, it should be stored in a dry and cool place and consumed within a few days.
