60 g di squacquerone
Coctura di Limoni
q.b olio, pepe e rucola per guarnire

Preparate un impasto per la pizza con lievito madre e lavoratelo a piacere per almeno 48-72 ore. Create una classica pizza tonda e fatela cuocere in forno. In alternativa comperate un pizza semplice realizzata con amore e lievito madre.
Procedete con la guarnitura del trancio di pizza con del prosciutto crudo di Parma Dop, dello squaquerone fresco, rucola, olio pepe ed infine completate con piccole quantità di Coctura di Limone.
